About Wenner Electric

Wenner Electric was founded by Orville Robert Wenner in 1945, following a move from Prince Rupert where he worked as a shipyard electrician. As he expanded the company his four sons became interested in the field and eventually all joined the family business doing mostly residential and multi-unit housing as well as commercial and some of the first high-rise apartments in the Nanaimo area.

Wenner Electric specializes in high end custom homes and has had the privilege of working on some of Vancouver Islands most exclusive houses. We are a well established electrical construction company because we only install quality products in a professional manner with a customer satisfaction guarantee. We owe a lot of our success to our great employees who work with the home owner and the contractor to assure that the electrical installation is done over and above expectations. A lot of our business comes from referrals and our long standing reputation – we are proud of this and we work hard to keep it this way.
